We partner exclusively with DHL Express to ensure fast, reliable, and secure international delivery. We ship to most locations globally. Please allow 5-8 working days to receive your order. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or local holidays.

Please note: While DHL is highly efficient, delays can occur due to local customs clearance procedures or unexpected logistical disruptions that may also  occur due to security situations.

Tracking

Once DHL collects your package, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.

This email will include a direct DHL tracking link.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note, international deliveries may be subject to additional handling charges. Taxes and customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are different between countries: calculated and charged when your package reaches its destination country. DHL may contact you directly to collect these fees before releasing the package for final

Delivery.

International Return Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its new, unworn state with its original tags and packaging.Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To start the return process please follow the below steps:

STEP 1 - Send us an email to contact@belleandsue.co.il  with your order number and the reason for the return.

STEP 2 - Pack up your items and ship the package back to us, no later than 7 days after receiving it . We may not be able to process your refund if you send the package later than stated above.

STEP 3 - Upon receival, we will verify the returned items are qualified for a refund and will notify you by email. Please note, that unless faulty, items must be returned with all original packaging, tags and labels, undamaged and not used. We may have to reject the return, in case the items are returned to us in an unsuitable condition. Please note,  original shipping fee, as well as any international customs duties, local taxes, or VAT paid at the time of purchase, are non-refundable.
